BCBS 261 – Intensive lobbying activity
Since the publication of US regulations (Prudential Regulators, CFTC),there have been intensive lobbying efforts by several parties who have views that differ widely from those proposed in the BCBS paper as well as the EU and Japanese draft rules, both of which follow BCBS closely.
