PwC: MiFID II @ PwC - Market Transparency

The MiFID II framework can roughly be divided into two main areas of regulation: investor protection and market infrastructure.

In relation to market infrastructure we will witness a reorganization of the current trading landscape and experience an increase in requirements regarding transparency.

Today’s webcast is intended to give you an overview of the new trading landscape as well as the extended transparency rules created by MiFID II.
