Aspect Enterprise: New EU Regulation Impacts Oil & Commodity Derivatives Trading Companies

I’m writing to ensure oil and commodities trading companies understand new legislation that became law July 3rd of this year. It’s particularly important, because its impact will be felt throughout trading organisations in terms of business process and individual behaviour and not meeting these obligations can be viewed as a criminal offence in some instances.
The legislation is The Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) which just replaced Market Abuse Directive 2003 (MAD 2003). It now includes
